ARCHIVED Suspect Celiac, What Next?

I just received a blood test result showing I'm allergic to wheat. Colonoscopy showed mild non specific colitis. Received a positive ANA result, but no Lupus diagnosis. Could I be Celiac? If so, what is the next step? Thank you in advance for any advice.
