I can not have gluten, wheat or dairy. I am so confused on what is making me sick now. I bought some celestial seasonigs tea that say gluten free but have natural vanilla flavor and some say other natural flavor. I have been fighting constipation (days) and can't figure if it is the tea, corn tortilla wraps or gluten free oatmeal. That is the only new things...
