  1. I have felt the same way, I have been gluten free for 5 weeks and I still feel fatigued, muscle weakness, etc. it has improved a bit from before going gluten free but it has been slow. Two steps forward, one step back, some days are better than others. I have looked into dropping other foods besides gluten just to be on the safe side but I'm not sure that...
  2. How do you test your intolerance to dairy? I had a LEAP test done and it said I wasn't sensitive to dairy
  3. I am 24 years old and was diagnosed 5 weeks ago with Celiac disease, I am a professional cyclist and doing my job requires me to be 110% healthy.
