I haven't posted on here much, but have learned so much from everyone on here :-) I am not officially diagnosed, but know that I am at least gluten intolerant. I too have always had SEVERE "C" since I was a child. I have been to the Dr. numerous times and told that I need to eat more fiber and drink more water. I have not been formally diagnosed, but after removing gluten from my diet I have seen improvement. I don't want to add it back in and feel bad just to get a diagnosis and then have it on my medical record for life.
