  1. Love the idea of bring the list of foods to avoid... I will be doing that!
  2. WOW! Thanks for this wonderful information! I do worry about my son and realize how smart it would be to have them both tested. I realized last night that we have eaten nothing but whole foods for the past week! That was exciting! And, you are right about eating out... We are not going to take that on anytime soon. I gotta figure out the grocery thing first...
  3. Thanks so much! I told my husband just last night that for the last week we have had zero processed foods! 7. Thank you so much for the advice! I have a feeling I'm going to be needing a lot more soon!
  8. Thanks so much! This is a bit overwhelming and I am sure I will feel more comfortable once I have my diet set. Old habits are hard to break, but if it means feeling better, I am so ready to break them!
  9. Hi! I am new to this forum, and new to Celiac/gluten free lifestyle. I have been fighting anemia for a couple of years now and last week received blood results from hematologist. She said that I tested positive on two ( I don't even remember what they were) tests that point to Celiac disease. She recommended me to a GI doctor for consultation. My question...
