  1. Awesome thank you both very much! I have decided to buy organic if they have it, but might still have some non-organic since I find the section at the store I go to doesn't have all the stuff I like (not sure if I should do any if i'm not going all out on this) As far as the cleaning stuff I use dove soap, colgate toothpaste, panteen pro v shampoo...
  2. The head and the heart- lost in my mind is one I really enjoy! also rivers and roads by them... Portugal the man- the home and people say foster the people-pumped up kicks young the giant- my body kings of leon- pony up, pyro, radioactive awolnation- sail the xx- crystallized, and their whole album actually... so mellow. Good stuff! check it out
  3. I also have been doing this for quite sometime and still get major setbacks. Usually I'm doing fine and then once something sneaks in me I am 'off' for about a week, it varies from a couple days to 2 weeks... I live with my parents while I go to college and they eat gluten, but not a ton of it... They have picked up on the food I eat and found that a lot...
  4. I eat a lot... But it seems normal up until after lunch. Just a normal breakfast and lunch, but then I snack at around 2 or 3pm then again at like 4-6pm then I eat dinner around 7 or 8pm then I snack again at like 9 or 10pm. I feel I should also find out a better eating plan. I know for me I should eat lots of small meals, because I hate getting FULL and...
  5. I am just a little unclear on a few things and thought I could find some help here. Organic fruits/vegetables/etc... - Is this stuff necessary for people who do not tolerate gluten well? Or can I continue to eat other non organic? Shampoos/soaps/conditioner/etc... - Is it necessary to find gluten free of these somewhere? If so, can you let me know...
  6. Haha thank you! Will do. Right now, I'm just trying to get the hang of things and browsing. There is lots of good stuff on here. I guess I'm just suprised how most of the stuff in the gluten-free section seems to be junk food. I can find all the cookies in the world, but I want healthy snacks lol... I'm doing all right, but just probably need to cook more...
  7. I hate that! That is the only thing that still gets me after almost a year(gluten free, but produced in a facility that uses wheat, gluten...) In my opinion they should not be able to have a gluten free print on the front if the back says they could have gluten, because that is what that means to me... I think I read all the posts, and not sure if anyone...
  8. Hello, I'm a 22 year old named Nolan from Washington. Been gluten-free for almost a year due to allergy that I found through my Naturopath. The other doctors couldn't figure out why my stomach hurt... Anyway, just like the idea of a help site from people similar to me who might have more time/care about helping and finally googled it. I'm excited to be here...
