Hi everyone, My doctor just gave me a prescription for Loloestrin birth control pills, and I called the company, which told me that they can't verify that it's gluten-free, but that as far as they know, there are no gluten ingredients. Is anyone else taking this particular form of birth control? If so, have you had any bad reactions to it from possible...
  2. Hi everyone, I posted a month or so ago about whether anyone had had any experience with Ocella birth control pills, and finally started taking it about two weeks ago. Most people who responded said that they hadn't had a celiac reaction to it, but I have felt totally awful while on this medication so far. I had the worst migraine of my life this weekend...

  4. Hi there, thanks so much for your response! So you've taken it with no reaction at all? Are you someone who reacts to slight amounts of gluten in general? I'm pretty sensitive to it and am just really worried that there's even a trace amount there :-/

Now I have to switch to the pill, and my doctor's sent in a prescription for Ocella, which is the generic form of Yasmin. I called the company and they said that to the best of their knowledge, it is gluten-free, but that it is manufactured elsewhere with outside...
