Hi Kaiti, I am glad that other people see my point of view. I guess no matter what she is going to have to double check on her supplements. She is doing real well on her restrictive diet, she makes me proud how well she is doing. Apart from the slip ups on the supplements she has changed her lifestyle to be gluten-free, she is well aware of her health... -
Ok, Hi again. Just a recap I am a boyfriend of celiac disease. She has been gluten-free since 7/04 (or trying to be). She has other food allergies (corn, sugar) or as she puts it everything under the sun. Ok so the Girlfriend is gluten-free and I want to keep her that way. Therefore to help in keeping the house gluten-free, I am going to start myself on the gluten-free diet with her. I think of it as a another way of letting her know that "Hey we can beat this thing together, and I am right here with you on this." I ask you is there any positives and or negatives...

Yea, I also plan to follow the diet with her. It will make it allot easier if I follow along rather than bring in gluten-free products into the home and possibly contaminate her. I am thinking that especially if we have kids and they to need to be gluten-free. I have made stuffing for her at thanksgiving out of millet bread, so its possible will just take...
