    Hi I'm new here. I have a question about the flour mixture Connie submitted.....is glutenous flour gluten free? I have no idea which products are wheat free and gluten free since I've been trying to eat wheat/gluten free for only a week. Also, does anyone have a light bread recipe that also doesn't have milk? Thanks so much for the help. Kelly
