  1. Also, what is the best test- enderlab or enterlab? or some other test? Or are they a waste of time. Any help is appreciated!
  2. Hi everyone, I've been 100% gluten free since March, and I feel better, though I tend to get major episodes of bloating etc. often. Because my stympoms are not immediate, it is very hard for me to figure out what is wrong with me. I don't think my wheat intolerance is so bad that CC effects me, but it is hard to know. And also, when i get "sick" it...
  3. Hi everyone. So I have never been diagnosed with celiac. I gave up wheat generally many years ago, and then was tested for celiac (negative) a few time, but wasn't eating gluten regulary. In beginning of March i gave up gluten completely- total elimination. I noticed that I was better, but then realized that something was still bothering me. I think...
  4. Hi, I have a question. I've been gluten free for three months. When I do have symptoms because I eat gluten (cross contamination) I notice my symptoms are worst on day 2 and three, and the worst when I eat. So if I consume some gluten, my symptoms kick in strong the next day/ a few days later, and get really bad after I eat anything. My symptoms are...
  5. Thanks- I have tried Dr. Praegers. the one I tried though was not soy based and was not that high in protein. Maybe i didn't try the right one? I'd love to find an alternative to the boca or morning star soy burgers.
  6. Has anyone found a high protein (soy burger?) that is gluten free? I'm vegetarian, I used to live on Boca burgers because they are so high in protien and low in fat/carbs- but can't seem to find any alternative now that I'm eating gluten free. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  7. Thanks everyone for your responses. it is all very reassuring. Based on all the information I have read on these forums, I think I'll just stay on the course. One follow-up question- when people reintroduce gluten for the "gluten challange", do they jump right into it with sandwhiches/pasta etc.? I probably should at least do that once, to see what happens...
  8. I am fairly new to this site. My story, in short is like this, I gave up most wheat (but not all, more as a lifestyle choice) about 5 years ago after being sick of fatigue, weight gain etc. It helped, a lot. But then the last year or soon, all those symptoms came back. I am always bloated, stomach pain increasingly, constipated, tired etc, a little weight...
  9. Hi, I gave up gluten completely about 2 months ago. Now though, if I accedently eat some, I have sever stomach pain and bloating. I used to get some pain and bloating, but now it is almost intolerable. I am wondering if this is commen. As I am still in the "diagnosis" stage, if this is not common then I wonder if I need to be looking to see what the...
