I've been dairy free since last night. Today I am SUPER tired and I can't stop eating. Every hour I want to eat something. Sometimes after eating a meal I still want to eat more lol. I've done some research and read this extreme hunger can be a casein withdrawal symptom? Is that true?
I've already been gluten free for 4 months, and last week I decided to go dairy free. Yesterday I slipped up and had an entire 24 oz container of cottage cheese within like an hour. Within a half hour of eating it I got a racing heart, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, extreme fatigue/tiredness, all of which lasted for about 2 hours. Then I fell asleep...
