Hi, I am new to the message board, diagnosed with celiac disease 4-5 months ago, overweight, stomach hurts almost all the time, and I still can't seem to get disciplined around a gluten-free diet. What is the point system you all are talking about? I have to go back to the doc next month and ck my levels again and I am not going to have made any progress...

I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and I am fairly certain that I also have candida. I have had chronic bad constipation for years and have gained significant weight even though I consume minimal calories and get regular exercise. I think it might be helpful for me to do an intestinal cleanse for my small intestine and I would like to know...
