    Has anyone read "The Essential Gluten Free Guide" by Peter Tremayne? Its a downloadable book, and pretty pricey for not being an actual book. Its intriguing, but I'm wondering if its worth it? I'm not new to Celiac, so I'm wondering if its really got a lot of new information as it claims. I'd love some feedback. Thanks. ETK
