  1. My daughter (17) was diagnosed with celiac approx. three months ago. We have been very careful to read labels and have her eat gluten free. Doctor had her blood rechecked. At diagnosis her transglutaminase tTG IgG was 30 and this time it is 35. (norm suppose to be 0 - 5) So what could possibly be going wrong if we are scoring worse than before we even...
  2. Wegman's brand is wonderful. On their packaging they little colored circles everything, gluten free (orange circle with G), lactose free (blue circle with L), vegan (green circle with V), high calcium (darker blue circle with HC), etc. Makes shopping so much nicer.
  3. I read the ingredients. There are natural flavors. I guess I'm getting used to when it is listed as gluten free, then I feel more confident. So is there a problem using pans I've cooked gluten foods in the past? Washing them isn't good enough?
  4. We are new to this forum. My 16 year old daughter diagnosed with Celiac a few weeks ago. She just had gluten free pasta, sauce and fresh brocolli for lunch.   5. I am new to this forum. My 16 year old daughter just diagnosed Celiac. She also has had dust mite allergy/asthma and I wonder the same question. If going gluten free could take away the dust mite/asthma issue, thinking her system has been compromised for years and we didn't know it.
