Hi Beth, I live in San Diego and just joined the forum tonight. I would love to exchange information. I was diagnosed over a year ago but just recently started a completely gluten free diet. I love Whole Foods, Trader Joe,s and Henry's for gluten free shopping. I am currently looking for a good gluten free bread machine. -

I am looking for a good bread maker and recipes to make gluten free bread. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease over a year ago but I just started taking it seriously and have started eating 100 percent gluten free. Any advice is appreciated. Also, this is the first forum I have ever joined, so please be patient with me!
