My 3 yr old Celiac son was given a "regular" cookie yesterday at a party, ate 1/2 before I noticed and freaked. Started vomiting 3 hours later, 4X, for 2 hrs. Seems to be fine today. No D yet. Will the vomiting have gotten all the gluten out, or should we expect a long week of symptoms? He was diagnosed Jan 2010, and has only had 1 bout of cross contamination...
