Oh, I must try a gluten free diet myself then and see if it gets rid of my grumpiness, LOL! My son is on it at the moment. I didn't think I had a problem with it, but maybe I do as I get bad heartburn after wheatabix and heartburn in general a lot of the time - and am quite grumpy;). -

I asked this before, please forgive me for asking it again, I want to be extra, extra sure, it's not that I don't beleive whoever answered, just want to hear it again. If someone is not intolerant to gluten and they start a gluten free diet, will this possibly make them become intolerant to it, so that if they then went back to gluten they would have a problem... -

Thank you for your answers. There is no history of gluten sensitivity in the family as far as I know but I'm sure something is not quite right with my son's digestive system as he seems to get discomfort and really noxious gas a little too often, which has been going on for a long time really, it just seems to have got a bit worse lately. He seems a bit better... -

Hi, I have only just registered here as I am trying to put my 3 year old on a gluten-free diet. He's unofficially been diagnosed with ADHD (too early to give an official diagnosis).
