A word of caution regarding Ruby's Diner's gluten free hamburger offering. They do use an Udi's bun and they state all of the burgers contents are gluten-free. However, unless you ask, they do not take measures to prevent cross contamination in the kitchen. The bun is frozen until placed into a microwave. I asked the manager of the Long Beach, CA store...
