I want to do cherry pie filling. The recipe I want to make uses puff pastry, that's the only reason I was going to use that... Is the main thing about the looks that it's not as puffy as puff pastry should be? I don't really know what puff pastry is vs. regular pastry or anything... Maybe a month ago I had a gluten free pizza at Uno's. While I was there, I asked about customizing the pizzas (like adding toppings) and was told that they make the gluten-free pizzas the night before to avoid cross contamination, so if I wanted to have different toppings I'd have to call a day ahead and they'd make my custom pizza that night so I could...

Thanks so much for the info and reply. I'll talk to my doctor about getting some more tests, then. She already does standard blood tests at my yearly check-up so hopefully adding a few more to make sure everything's ok won't be a problem.

I was diagnosed with celiac disease in early February and I've been gluten free since then. In late July I had a blood test which included a celiac panel, and the results came back very good. My levels were VERY high in the February tests, and they've dropped down very low; my doctor says she's satisfied with how low they are, so I should keep on doing what...
