Hi All, just diagnosed with "mild gluten allergy" my doctor's assistant told me. I'm diabetic, so I need to low-carb. I'm also almost-vegan (a little bit of cottage cheese and eggs for protein, but prefer not to). So no meat. But I feel better eating higher protein and lower carb. Now I need to add gluten-free to the mix. Words of advice... -

Wow Takala - I'm a newb, and I didn't know about the endometriosis link - I had an endometrioma surgically removed five years ago. Thanks for the info. -

Hello All! New here. I have some questions...I was just diagnosed via blood test with "mild gluten allergy." I approached my dr and asked for the testing because I had a terrible scabby outbreak on the trunk of my body, and in talking to a coworker, she said she had a friend who had celiac with skin like mine. I was surprised (because I'm overweight...
