So because i'm lactose intolerant ive been buying lactaid milk ad ice cream which just has added enzymes in it supposed to help digest it. But i feel like its still bothering me. Could it be possible they don't add enough enzymes in it for me? because lactaid pills never worked for me. I can eat cabot cheese no problem because its naturally lactose free,...

So I haven't been eating gluten and lactose for about 8 months now, with a few slip ups not realizing it. But anyway i know something else was bothering my stomach too. I've been chewing 5 gum and even though i read it's gluten free, i always have to crap if i chew it, and i get stomach pains. I get so embarrassed. Is it something in the gum? -
