  3. I bought an artisanal salami at Whole Foods yesterday. The salami was covered in a paper that looked as though it had been covered with flour. Since the packaging said nothing about flour I assumed that it was rice flour. It wasn't. Does anyone know if this is a common practise?

Before I was gluten free I followed the instructions, eat little bits through the day, eat lots of fiber. For the last ten plus years I have been taking the maximum pain medication (tramadol) that was legal, and my pain was still huge.   7. Ok, so, does anyone know about Amy's Organic Soups? Usually I am paranoid about reading labels, but somehow I fell down on the job; as soon as I saw "gluten free" on the label, I stopped reading, and bought the soup. But the label also reads that it is processed in a facility that also processes wheat. I love Amy's soups, but I don't want to take any chances...
