This is a very interesting thread. I have had severe cramping that happens when I don't eat any food for a while and then eat something with fiber in it (including fruit) or gluten products. It is REALLY brought on when I do this on a road trip (or when I commute to/from work). I had this a few days ago (sharp pain starting in the solar plexus area, spasms...
