My body started having trouble swallowing when I was 15. I went to several doctors and did the barium swallows etc. and they sent me away and told me it was all in my head, but I still couldn't swallow even water sometimes. Last year I started doing yoga and my swallowing improved but I still couldn't eat a steak at a restaurant without having to excuse...
