  1. I have a very busy time coming up and I'd like to make some gluten-free recipes in large quantities, that are good to freeze, then reheat later. Anybody have any good ideas?
  2. Just wondering if anybody is in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area, and if so, if you know of any good naturopaths and/or gastroenterologists and/or nutritionists familiar with gluten intolerance?
  3. I've been trying to conceive our second child for the last 4 months. In the last few months, the stomach symptoms I've had for years have suddenly gotten a lot worse. I had a blood test for celiac disease, which came out negative, but my doctor I believe incorrectly told me I didn't have to eat gluten before the test, and I had been off gluten for 2+ weeks...
  4. I recently had a blood test for celiac disease that came out negative. However, I had already been following a gluten-free diet for two weeks beforehand, and my doctor told me that was OK. I've recently read that you need to be on a full-on gluten-containing diet for the test to be reliable. Should I ask for a retest? In some ways I'd like to find out for...
