  1. I've also noticed this! I just thought it was me. And all these years, I've always had tender breasts around my period. To think that all this time it was celiac. I've read that taking larger doses of vitamin E during times of breast tenderness can help. I tried it the last time I was glutenized, and it did help reduce the tenderness. Good luck! ...
