I went nuts with the gluten on Monday and had the symptoms to prove it Monday night I don't think I can wait until December to try gluten-free, just for the sake of a biopsy that proves what I think I already know.   3. My doctor suggested upper and lower endos. He didn't mention biopsy but I imagine that is part of the package.
