So day 3 of my gluten free lifestyle and day one I thought I would make some bread I could have. I searched my cupboard and the internet. I buy my flour from Winco and have a bunch of different flours in my pantry; white, brown rice flour, wheat, tapioca, buckwheat, and cornmeal, but no yeast.
