My grandaughter was just told she has Celiac Disease. She went through the same tests and the only thing she did was always coughing! She is 11. I feel so bad for the school. She coughs all the time but she watches what she eats. We spend an awful lot on special foods, have bought books and are cooking and trying not to contaminate! The cough- what helps...
