  2. Sometimes you have to self diagnose. I am a nurse and I couldn't agree more about not just nurses but the medical field in general. I felt the same skepticism when a nurse I worked with told me about her celiac disease and cross contamination, etc. I didn't show it but I thought she was just a little off her rocker.   3. This is seriously frustrating to me because I am not a computer whiz and not used to using discussion boards, etc. I don't know the difference between a forum, a blog, a thread or a post. Come on, does it have to be this complicated to share info with people who share a difficult problem?
  4. I enjoyed a wonderful piece of pumpkin pie in a restaurant. It was gluten free and had a chewy caramel pecan crust. I have experimented trying to figure out how to make it but mine stuck to the pan and came out more like peanut brittle than a chewy caramel. The pecan was pieces not ground up. Anyone have a recipe? This is my first post. Hope I did it...
