The ingredients listed on the Zipfizz packaging are inherently gluten free. As with many "gluten free" products it can be nearly impossible to trace the origin of each ingredient to ensure it was produced in a gluten free factory. Those with celiac disease have to often make difficult judgment calls on products listed "gluten free" as gluten free certifications...
