I went to a celiac screening clinic to be tested after my brother was diagnosed and just got my results back. i was on a gluten diet when tested. the test they gave was the anti-human tissue transglutaminase IgA ELISA which supposedly has a reference range of <10.3u/ml. My results were 20.5 u/ml which the paper that comes with it suggests is positive....
