I will be in Asia for 3 weeks beginning Nov 3rd and am trying desperately to figure how out to say, write, or somehow communicate that I can't 'eat gluten? Does anyone know how to communicate this in Vietnamese and Khmer (official language of Cambodia)? Thanks a million. I'm getting really worried about being sick on my vacation.
