  1. Thanks that makes me feel better, I am just overwhelmed at where to start because I guess it could be anything? I also just read an article saying strong probiotic in combination with digestive enzymes might help? Anyone have any experience with this?

  5. Well not really, I guess I was asking generally. I noticed a few things when checking labels. 1) Many labels say "contain soy and milk" for example so I am assuming that if it DID contain wheat it would say so. 2) What is the difference between this labeling and "gluten-free"? Are both labels safe?
  6. Hi, I was comparing soup labels today and the some soups of the same brand will specifically say: CONTAINS WHEAT or CONTAINS SOY. After reading through a list of safe ingredients I assume it is safe if it does not also have the "CONTAINS WHEAT" disclaimer?   7. Okay, I guess this goes back to my original question. How would I find the ranges used? Here is what the numbers look like: IgA - sensitivity 16.4 E.U .01 - 20.00 Then it goes on for each of the antibodies in this manner....is the range .01-20? I appreciate the help!

  10. I just got my tests back and was wondering how I figure out the reference ranges? Are they different in each lab? I got my numbers and the very last column says E.U and underneath is .01-20.00. Is this the range that was used? Thanks!
