  1. Rant away Abby! Like I said it could be worse but darn it feels good to have someone to rant to who understands..really understands. Sorry you are new to cooking. It can be fun when you get the hang of it. My mom started me cooking as soon as I could walk..but sometimes after a hard day of work I just don't feel like it ! Cooking is hard work ( well really...
  2. I have been (mostly) Gluten-Free for two years now, but I still have the same symptoms you are having. I am going to see a celiac disease specalist tommorrow and I will let you know what he says. Only thing there...

  6. I managed to luck out in this area. Both my parents have celiac disease, my inlaws are diabetic so family outings are ok cause we all get to whine about the food choices . My friends have been real accomodating about the gluten-free thing at parties and always have someting delicious and gluten-free for me to eat. My friends rock! I went to the rennisance...

    ARCHIVED "celiac Isn't Hereditary"

Michelle Sounds like what happened to my family. After I went years seeing clueless doctors, including gastrio specialists, I had a customer who was a celiac researcher tell me what was wrong. Two years of me gluten-free later, my dad had been exhibiting the same symptoms, and worse, for 12 years and his doctor refused to test him. I finally insisted...
