Hi, this is a great site - lots of good advice! I wonder if anyone has any on this rather specific aspect of being a celiac? Like many of you I just found I am GI after having the symptoms forever (I'm 45). Huge, huge relief to be rid of the distressing symptoms which had turned me into a social pariah - they went after just 3 weeks of being gluten-free...
