I am self diagnosed. I would never voluntarily subject myself to gluten. The damage gluten does to me is devastating. The pain is simply intolerable. It is quite enough to be accidentally exposed to gluten on occasion. -
We don't eat out nearly as often now that I have become extremely gluten intolerant. Our options are very limited because we live in a rural area. I used to love Chipotles. Thanks, everyone. We are still working on a solution. I quit that particular Carvedilol pill. I see my doctor on Thursday. Sometimes things don't work out as we wish, especially down in the sticks where we live.
