  1. I am self diagnosed. I would never voluntarily subject myself to gluten. The damage gluten does to me is devastating. The pain is simply intolerable. It is quite enough to be accidentally exposed to gluten on occasion.

  3. I received a response from Everglades. Their products are gluten-free except for a breading. Yay!

  5. Thanks, everyone. We are still working on a solution. I quit that particular Carvedilol pill. I see my doctor on Thursday. Sometimes things don't work out as we wish, especially down in the sticks where we live.
