Gluten sensitive for about 10 years now. I don't have celiacs but a strong allery to gluten & corn. Seem to get strongest reactions from bread, food starches and corn products. Having an extremely difficult time dealing with this and making the proper changes in my diet but I'm a work in progress. I'm learning something new every day.
