  1. Thanks for the quick response! I'm eating Udi's bread since I've heard a lot of people saying it's delicious (it is!) and a sandwich is pretty easy to pack for lunch at work. Plus I'd rather not lose too much more weight, so I was hoping having some sort of carbs in my diet could help me get back to normal. I'll try cutting that though and see what happens...

I got diagnosed about 1.5 weeks ago, and have been gluten free for just over 2 weeks now (after getting my blood test my Dr suggested to immediately stop eating gluten since I was showing every symptom of Celiac and was starting to lose weight regardless of food intake). The first week or so I kept feeling better and better every day! The bloating went down...
