  1. I've seen some Delimex taquitos that list wheat as an actual ingredient, not even hidden, others seem to be fine. Any explaination? Anyone else noticed this?
  2. Wanted to share that I recently discovered the Great Value chicken and rice soup at Walmart. It is gluten free, yummy (at least for canned soup), and it is only 50 cents per can. Anyone else discovered great gluten-free deals at walmart?
  3. Hello, I don't post here often, but just had to tell everyone that I found the world's best gluten-free pasta. It is Tinkyada - Pasta Joy, I just ate the brown rice elbow macaroni. I can't tell you how good it was. It did not have an over riding flavor (or much flavor at all) like some other pasta's I've had and it has the exact texture of regular wheat...
  4. Well, I only had blood tests, not biopsies. So, I don't know about damage that I may have. I have definitely felt better being on the diet and last week I ate pizza and thought I was going to die. I couldn't get out of bed for a week, but that never happened before, when I was eating gluten. So, obviously my body has adjusted to being gluten-free. I guess...
  5. I was just reading about the contamination of oats. On one of the threads, I read a big debate about whether there are varying levels of Celiac. It caught my attention because about 4 months ago my doctor tested me for Celiac. Several times my results came back borderline. I was consistently a few points below diagnosis but he said that I was definitely borderline...
