Let me clarify the "mean" thing. He's in no way abusive. He's never hit me or thrown things or anything even kinda like that. We both have a very sarcastic sense of humor. Usually I love it! So for a little over a year now, I've been in a relationship with a wonderful man who has celiac. He has all the classic symptoms, stomach/intestinal pain, gas, bloating, irritability, mood swings, etc. If you're here, I'm guessing most of you are quite familiar with all that. And I won't lie, when he's been glutened, it's hard. He gets mean and withdrawn...
