Hello all. I have read that most of you prefer the Zojirushi bread maker. My dad is willing to buy one for me but he is on a tighter budget so I don't want him to get me more than I need. However, we also want to be sure that we get something which I am happy with -- I don't want to wish I had done something different. Can you please share your advice... -

Thank you. I am only about 45 minutes from Colorado Springs, but I am unable to drive due to medical restrictions so it fees much, much further. I buy whatever I need online most of the time. Can you tell me what grains and flours you would buy right off and an online resource? Also, can you tell me more about what you know about Denver? My dad lives... -

Thank you. I was hoping she was still on the forums. We are in a little mountain town, so finding resources and support is difficult. And I am so new to gluten-free that I am overwhelmed. -

Laura, I was diagnosed less than a week ago and would love to find that group. Did you ever find one? Is there a chance you can educate me on resources for food and assistance in our area? Kelly
