A new Chuy's opened in my town last week. I have not eaten at one since being diagnosed, but I couldn't wait to go! The chips are flour, not corn and there is no specific gluten free menu. I have been eating gluten free for about a month now. I feel fabulous until I drink milk. Of course, with some research, I have found that I need to stop drinking milk due to the casein until my intestines heal. How long can I expect that to be? A few months, a year? Thanks!
