Hello everybody, I'm so glad I have found this site. I'm new to Gluten free diet. I started this diet yesterday and so far I have been doing good. I have one concern and I would like to see if I can get some help. I had some of the symptoms of the disease , but 24 hrs after starting the diet I have diarrhea something I did not had before? has any one experience...
