    Hi all. Im a member of Coeliac UK and have to follow a gluten free diet. In August I will be visiting friends in Springfield, Virginia and will need to purchase the gluten-free items from the Springfield/Washington area. Can anyone tell me the names of stores or supermarkets that sell gluten-free bread, biscuits and cakes etc. and hopefully local to Springfield...
