I'm so glad I found this post--my symptoms are EXACTLY the same, and I am just as confused as you are as to how to move forward. Please let me know if you find any solution to this problem, because I've spent countless hours researching, cutting out certain foods, trying different supplements, but there is no clear pattern. So frustrating I have not tried...
