  1. Yeah, It did not seem that there would be gluten in a dye. But I am very new to this. I keep find myself getting sick from things that are "gluten free". There has to be something else that is setting my body off but I have been having a heck of a time pin pointing it. I know for sure that Gluten makes me sick as a dog. But I keep getting almost the same...
  2. I have had a few gluten type reactions lately from drinks that claim to be gluten free. I have compared the ingredients and the only thing I can find that I think would be causing it is Red 40. It was Jose Ceuervo margarita mix, Faygo red pop, and ever fresh cranberry juice. Does anyone know anything about this? I have read conflicting posts about weather...
  3. I have thought about that actually! I think my youngest might have some issues with gluten. He has been slower at hitting his mile stones then my other two. He also has some of the same skin conditions as I do now. Cutting it out from the kids is something I will have to do slowly. They eat SO MUCH of it every day. If I just cut it out cold turkey I would...
  4. I am not sure if I have Celiac or just a HORRIBLE gluten intolerance.I am leaning toward celiac since now that I have learn and have been reading up on it I can trace back through my entire life problems that where always mis-diagnosed, ignored, or blown off. But I decided a week ago after trying for YEARS to find out why I am always so sick to figure it...
  5. Well I went ahead and just cut out gluten to see how I felt. I felt better almost immediately! What I thought was IBS, is GONE!!! No more headaches. I am not falling asleep or getting racing heart beats after eating! I am still very very tired and thirsty. My hands and feet are not tingling as much. I am still a bit fuzzy headed but I do not seem to feel...
  6. Yeah I will start a food diary that is a great idea. Man that made me SOO sick. After I posted this I ended up throwing up and getting a horrible migraine. I have never gotten that sick that fast from something before.... I hope that does not happen again anytime soon. I think I will just avoid soy for awhile. Thanks for the info.
  7. So it has been just less then a week since I stopped eating gluten. I have noticed a HUGE difference. I also can tell within 15 mins of eating something if it has gluten in it. I am new to this and still learning what I should and should not eat. But I took a gluten free multi vitamin this morning. And now I feel HORRIBLE! I get dizzy and kinda jittery feeling...
  8. thyroid is fine. That was one of the first things the doc checked out. I am anemic, but I have been since 2002. But that only explains the tired part. That does not answer everything else.
  9. Ok this post may be a bit long. I am pretty sure I have celiac Disease. I have been online researching for YEARS what might be wrong with me. I have though everything from narcolepsy to cancer. It all started about 4 years ago while I was pregnant with my third baby. But I just figured then that it was all just symptoms of pregnancy. The tiredness after eating...
