I'm sorry to say it really is a grey zone and there are at this point no definite answers. I am DQ6 and DQ7, negative tTG with high positives on my antigliadin tests. I've been told that I probably shouldn't eat gluten if I feel better when I don't, but that eating gluten won't kill me. Without the genetic markers for celiac disease I do not need to worry... -

Hi Ann, So was your Ttg negative? That one's very specific for celiac disease. With the positive antigliadan numbers you could very likely have a problem with gluten, but not have celiac disease.
