My mother has Hashimoto's and although I have had every test under the sun for my thyroid, there has never been an conclusion as to the similar symptoms which I experienced. I think your best bet is to get further testing for other food intolerances and allergy tests may be of use as well. I had no idea that something such as oranges for example bothered me, but you'd be suprised what all you can learn about yourself. For a long time even though I was gluten free, I was still getting sick and having various symptoms without discovery...
