Celiac diagnosis November 2011. Cancer survivor. Recently implemented a gluten-free kitchen, with the support of my two awesome (and non-celiac) teenagers. Launched an educational website for the newly diagnosed and the friends and supporters of the gluten-free to promote understanding of the disease, including a daily family-friendly gluten-free recipe. www.celiacandglutenfreehealth.com
